Samara technopark is being projected on the 50.7 hectares territory. The land provided to the technopark is located on the convenient route (Demokraticheskaya St.) connecting the airport and the city center.
In the ecological context the area has an advantageous location as there are no mass dwelling buildings and industrial enterprises around the area borders. The territory is surrounded with forests and, in fact, it is a part of the large green zone looking out onto the river Volga bank (Saratov reservoir).
