The first technopark object, the innovative 1140 sqm business-incubator began its activity in November 2005. Technopark offers sites in its first building for renting to the companies carrying out innovative projects in Samara Region.
There are facilities with complete renovation offered and interior partition installation is also possible. Parking, security and video surveillance.
For the business-incubator residents there exists a flexible range of rent rates and state support i.e. rendering grants and subsidies.
Rental payments cover:
40% of the base rate during the 1st year
60% of the base rate during the 2d year
80% of the base rate during the 3d year
The business-incubator includes several small innovative enterprises performing developing functions in various scientific and technical spheres:
· wave biomechanics
· medicine
· acoustic dimensions
· projection and production of unique equipment for ultradeep shelf drilling
Nowadays presentations, seminars, corporate trainings have been an essential part of large-scale and small business.
We offer services on renting the conference hall (up to 100 seats) for the period of two or more hours, and for several days as well, also providing with sound and multimedia equipment.
